Redefining More

Okay!! So back to the things I know about myself...oh and by the way I also know that I am a people pleaser so just so you are aware if you are reading this thinking she has gone crazy don't read it...I don't want you to do anything that would make you uncomfortable or unhappy!! So back to the list I am a people pleaser, I love rolling the windows down and opening the sun roof, I love singing and doing horrible car dancing, I love praying in my car during my commute to work, I love the smell of my grandma's house on a Sunday afternoon (and all the tastes that come with that), I love dressing, much rather have ham than turkey, chicken than steak and although I have been enticed with pork chops I'm not much of a fan, I don't like Mac and Cheese but I love grilled cheese, I hate tomatoes and love ketchup, I love board games and card games, I love Friends, Oprah, CSI, Greys Anatomy and I did like Miss Guided until they took it off the air (I mean the day in the life of a counselor who went back to her old high school, what could be more interesting;) I love NC State, I love my secret place in the library, I love to watch football and pretend I know what they did and didn't do, I love to sing the fight song and wear Red and White, I love to tailgate with my brother, I love basketball, softball, volleyball but I much rather walk than run (partly because of volleyball and my knees), I love supporting my cousins and see them do great things, I love watching people everywhere, I love Chase, I love memories of old friends and I love watching plays (most recently I saw Annie Get Your Gun and My Fair Lady and Peter Pan is coming soon), I love surprises and little notes left at my door, I love gifts for no reason or just to say you care, I love challenges because they make me stronger, I love freckles, I love McDiver, I love when I cry tears of joy and I love to tell people its okay to cry, although I am not a big hugger and I love personal space I love hugs that tell me everything will be all right and when people don't let go right away, I love to snuggle, I love diet coke and red wine, I love my family and although I would never go back the place that I grew up, I love the awkwardness of going back because it means I have moved on, I love music (mostly Christian, sometimes pop/rock and boy bands, alternative and sometimes country...today I heard that song about Chapstick and kissing a girls lips and I thought to myself OMG and then I realized I have crossed over to the adult mindset, absurd)...I love to look at my piano and know that I can play, I love to sit on the floor and often will volunteer to if there is not enough room, I love plain popcorn and milk duds at the theatre and I love that I still can get a student discount, I love that on a day like today I have the time to sit here and write this all out, I love to go swimming ("It's okay I am a certified lifeguard", I always have your back;) which brings me to great memories of rafters and secret missions, Cozumel, and a slide pool (if you know any of those good times good times! I love sunscreen too (this is a new love), I love Chilly Willy's although I can't find them anymore, I love the color blue, green, purple, yellow, red, aqua...okay you caught me I don't have a favorite color I pretty much like them all, I love to be creative and to paint with my fingers, I love to teach kids how to make things, I love to teach them something new (like teaching Kate and Davis about road signs and stoplights or how to pump on the swings), I absolutely love to see dads with their daughters (I saw this at Old Navy the other Day precious), I love to be a daddy's girl, I love paint a pot or crazy glaze and I love to drag my un-creative/artistic friends there and watch them come out with masterpieces;) I love lots of things and well I guess I could keep going but I will stop for now.
